A poster created by Frank S. Nicholson for the Works Progress Administration (one of the New Deal's most ambitious agencies) to promote tourism across the States during the late 30s / early 40s.

Established by Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Works Progress Administration (WPA) as part of his New Deal, the Federal Arts Program ran from August 29, 1935 until June 30, 1943. The Federal Arts Program (FAP) sponsored artists to create a wide variety of murals, paintings and posters.
